Gadang is a decorative sans-serif typeface that is inspired by a traditional house in West Sumatra called “Rumah Gadang”, Parts of this font also depict Rumah Gadang. For example, the top of this font is called goniong (the roof that resembles a horn), the counter (open) of this font is like the arch-shaped bottom of the Rumah Gadang, etc.
